The last time this happened, I had to pay a ton to get the compressor replaced by another company. That company took advantage of the fact that it was 98 degrees and charged me $3,800 to replace it, knowing that my choices were limited. Shai knew the urgency and to my surprise, he found that it was the capacitor and not the compressor this time. The pricing was more than reasonable, and he was the first to get here out of the many companies that I called. "Yikes, Victor from EXTREME Air Conditioning and Heating really loves what he does!. It was an extremely hot weekend and after I contacting 3 air conditioning services, Victor called me within two minutes. Even though he had a full schedule he said he would at my house in one and a half hours. He was here exactlly on time. - It was a Saturday and he arrived at 6:30 PM! Who works on a Saturday night. Even though he had another call to still make he gave us his full attention until the repair was done to his satisfaction. On, and did I mention there was no charge to come over to look at the air conditioning system We were charged for the work after he told us what was wrong and we agreed on the work. He actually called to followup to see how the unit is working. Who does this Needless to say, he and his worker were extremely professional, caring and, like he said himself, he loves what he does.
