He cleared it but after pouring a lot of water into the tray, decided a more aggressive cleaning was needed. White vinegar and blasts of nitrogen from a portable tank removed the last of the gunk that had accumulated over time. Bradley walked me through what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on warranty because the company had replaced the outside part of the air conditioning a couple of months previously. They could have argued that the warranty only covered the outside machinery but took a more generous view of the coverage."
