After contacting Jeff at Stream HVAC I was able to secure an appointment promptly. Jeff and Connor arrived and the problem was assessed quickly and explained thoroughly. I felt extremely comfortable with their work and their professionalism. Before I knew it the AC was back up and running and all is well. Jeff exceeded my expectations and even offered to fix some areas/pvc piping that was set up less than ideal by the previous tech (from a different company) I was extremely appreciative of their honesty, hard work, and overall knowledge. I felt appreciated as a customer and thatâ s hard to find especially nowadays unless youâ re a premium/red carpet/elite/frequent flyer. Missed one vent but Kevin (the owner) came back 2 days later and made it right, also noted some deficiencies of the furnace setup and corrected for the cost of the service call, with a small discount for the miss. You find out if the provider has the integrity not from how well they get stuff on the first try, but how they handle the little hiccups. These guys stand behind their work and do what it takes to get things right. Great small family business in the area, will not disappoint."
