"The technicians did an excellent job in repairing a split unit Heating and Air Conditioning unit in the sunroom"

"This was my second quote and this company is amazing. Quickly identified the issue, changed the motor, provided a filter and made sure everything was working on one trip within a few hours. The previous company (Air Pros, LLC) said it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new unit over $6k which was a huge scam. Don't go to those guys, work with this family owned honest business. Keep in mind HVAC repairs in many cases are not cheap, I own 3 houses and have paid several hundred or more when an HVAC is old and need repairs."

"Came quickly on a Saturday. Found the problem and had our air working about 30 mins later. Zeno was knowledgeable and efficient."

"I hired Triad Mechanical to replace two heating and air conditioning systems. In general, I am happy with the work that was performed. However, there are two issues that would make me think twice before hiring them again. First, the work took longer to perform than I was anticipating. This was an issue for me because the air-conditioning was out on my upper level, and I have three young children at home. Second, the technicians did not do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Among other things, I found screws and cigarette butts in the driveway that I had to clean up. This does not detract from the quality of the work, but it does make me question the professionalism of this company."

"It went great. We have used Ace for several years and will continue to use them for our heating an air conditioning needs. Would rate as excellent."

"We quit using them because their service fees were too high. The guy who put the air conditioner was excellent."
