"Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

I woke up with no heat at 4 AM, called Advanced Professional during freezing temperatures.  They were busy but fit me in.

Sam came, climbed into the attic, 10 minutes later, he asked me some questions.  I told him I heard the motor trying to kick on but it kept stalling and finally died. He came down and said it was my sensor, replaced it and did the tune up.  That furnace is 10 years old, it works better now then it did when I bought the house!
