"Our air conditioner failed on the evening of August 11, 2021. We called around 9 PM and got a live person on the phone. He arranged for service early the next day. The weather was very hot. Technician arrived when promised, shortly after 9 AM. He replaced the capacitor and got us up and running shortly thereafter. We have a maintenance agreement, so we have elevated expectations of a service response. However, we appreciate how quickly Fresh Air resolved our problem."

"Sam was great. Had a extremely dirty system that would not function correctly or blow cold air. Had High Ridge Heating and Cooling here as he has done work before for me and parents. He took one look and stated we needed to replace entire a/c furnace unit for $3100. Told us it would cost about the same to clean. No way I could afford that so went on Angie's List to find someone and read Sam's review's. He came out and told me the cost at $425 to clean. Which was fantastic. He spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and did a wonderful job. Ended up paying total $625 once he was done and asked me before doing anything additional that would cost more. Also since our unit didn't have valves on system to reuse our refrigerant he had to put new in which was part of price increase. Sam, thanks so mich for not trying to take advantage."

"Excellent - As on his previous service call two weeks ago, Darrin was very prompt, courteous, and happy to answer my many questions. The two outside freeze-proof faucets needed to be replaced because of their age and poor condition. I provided Darrin my copy of the estimate he wrote up for me on my prior service call (he said he didn't have a copy of it on his current work order), and he honored it as promised, letting me use my $50 credit (I had previously purchased a discounted Plumbing Service deal from Angie's List for $39.00). Darrin was able to complete the entire job in about an hour and with minimum disruption to everyone home when the water was turned off. Also, as previously promised by Darrin, I was not charged for an additional service call since I had him look at the faucets during the previous service call, but he didn't have time during that service call to replace them. In addition to replacing the two faucets, he also installed shut-offs on each water line inside of the house near each faucet."

He was not only professional but more importantly an overall great human being with the understanding we have been having excessive heat Bernie still made time to come out. Not only did he get to my house quickly he was able to replace the part needed to get me up and running. He then went above and beyond to ensure it was working correctly, changed my filter, and made sure the air was blowing at the correct temperature. He was extremely reasonable and more importantly without hassle filled out the paperwork needed so I would be reimbursed by my warranty company. If I could give him 10 stars I would and I would highly recommend using him for repairs."
