He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. They recommended replacing the furnace as repair would be around the same cost plus a new one comes with a warranty. They sent me a quote which I approved and they replaced the unit promptly. The new one they put in was more efficient than the old one and they also replaced the thermostat and fresh air damper unit. I learned so much about the process from them.
