"The salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Michael gave me the best price, and I felt he is sincere, so I chose to use this company to replace the Heating & A/C. At 2018-09-06, Michael, Shaun and another guy showed up for the installation. I paid for an XV series Furnace, but the furnace they brought to my home is XR 16. I was told the internal is indeed a XV furnace, but the door is XR 16 door. They already showed up at my door, so I decided to accept it whether it is the wrong furnace or not. Michael, the sales man said that he will replace the wrong furnace door with a right furnace door. But after the installation, he never contacted me again. Shaun and the other guy did the installation, and they had really good attitude, and I appreciate that. Overall, the experience is not too bad. But the wrong door they installed always makes me suspect if they installed the right furnace that I paid for or not."

"This is a follow up to my new heat pump installation in 12/2022. Everything is working great. The variable stage heat pump costs more, but it is much better than my old, basic single stage. The air handler was in my office closet, so I spent the day working from home with them working in the same room. Funny and honest techs...I actually enjoyed seeing the entire install while doing my own work. I highly recommend them!"

"The installation team was very professional and courteous. My new HVAC was installed next day after we signed the contract."

"Both the furnace and air conditioning were replaced. They worked all day and got it up and running in no time! Very helpful and exceptional work was done!"

"I?m very impressed by True Temp?s work! Riley was incredibly knowledgeable and left no questions unanswered. My experience was really efficient and thorough! I would highly recommend this company and I will be calling them again for any future issues."

"I had a hot water heater installed"

"This company is very good. My water heater was beginning to leak and I knew it was time for a replacement and upgrade. Ecoplumbers was able to schedule the day after my initial contact. Ryan offered a quote, explained what he planned to do and installed a new heater within 3 hours. Communication between scheduling services, the service technician (Ryan) and myself was excellent. I am very happy that I used this company"

"It was good. I told them that the air conditioning unit was making noise but I don't think that was addressed. They just did the tune-up. They were on time."

"Excellent service. Had a call back immediately. Here the same day to diagnose. Came back next day with part. Super friendly. Super professional. Everything you want a company to be. I felt like we were their only customer. So impressed!!!! We found a new heating and air conditioning company"
