"Hottest day of the year so far, and the guys were in a sweltering attic half the day. The other half of the day they were trying to decide how to hoist the LARGE air-conditioning unit onto a ledge without destroying the landscaping. They had to bring in a 4th guy and a long, wide plank. They put that unit on the plank and three pushed it up the plank while the fourth helped position it. The men were appreciative of the cold watermelon I gave them and I welcomed them to help themselves to jug of cold water in the fridge. They had a f ull day's work on day one, then on day two, one man returned to finish the ductwork and the installation of the vent.

"I did a quote on Angie needing help with my newly installed HVAC system in my recently purchased home. Kevin was the first person to call me, I explained what was going on he asked a series of questions and eventually referred me to the installer of the system. Informing me there should be a minimum one year installers warranty, to figure out whom installed it and to get them back out as to not void my manufacture warranty by allowing someone else work on the system. I received and used information from my broker and the same day 4/24/26 called the original installer and they are coming today 4/28/26 to fix this brand new system. We had a minor issue with our furnace that he repaired at no cost, and went over multiple options to solve our AC issue in detail, not just offering the most expensive option. Replacement was done quickly and professionally - he and his coworker were both very friendly. Our questions were answered honestly and completely. We would use him again and recommend without reservation. The "4-star" instead of 5 on the Value For the Money question was simply because I feel that AC units in general are over-priced...just an opinion!"

"Paul identified and resolved several issues with my HVAC system. It is a three zone system with dampers, one of which had failed. Though he hoped to replace the server, it was non-standard and he had to cut into the plenum and replace the entire damper unit. Plus the layout of the system was such that access to the area was unusually difficult. He also serviced the outside condenser unit more thoroughly than I have seen over the years. And installed one wi-fi thermostat and moved another. I felt that his charges were very reasonable considering all that was asked of him. I have no hesitation to recommend Paul Bessey for HVAC work."
