"Our air conditioning was not working and our house was extremely hot. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Matt came later in the afternoon and fixed our problem. Our air-conditioning is working again and we will finally be able to have a good night sleep. I was thrilled that Matt came out on a Sunday evening and fixed our problem. He also took the time to show me how to change the filters in our unit and had me practice to make sure that I could do it by myself. I would highly recommend Conde Tech Services."

"I was very impressed by Polar Bear Heating & Air Conditioning. They were professional, courteous, sensitive to time and financial constraints, and really wonderful to work with. Joe took a lot of time discussing options with me and ultimately even came to my house to see the system and discuss next steps in person. "The quality of the work was great, it is the product I am not sure about. Just had the system put in last year and the mother board needed to be replaced. While it took longer than expected to receive the part, once received, it was replaced the next business day. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the part and performed the inspection; and explained it all so I could understand what they did (they even replaced the air filter without my asking). "On a very hot weekend, I lost my air conditioning and could not reach my regular HVAC contractor. "I discovered my heat pump fan not working on a Saturday after midnight. I sent in a request to homeadvisor and this company responded at 7:30am Sumday with tech availability the same day. They came out and found the problem right away. Their prices are very reasonable especially since it was the weekend. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."
