"The owner, Steve, came out and explained everything and more that I should be aware of regarding the replacement of the 26 year old furnace and Air conditioning units. He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. Al and Damien were very professional and the work was extremely well done. They finished that same day and when they left it was if the new units had always been there. I was extremely impressed and will certainly go back to them for future maintenance. You can't go wrong with this company!"

"Mr. Duct answered my call for service and was able to schedule within a few days at a time that was most convenient for my schedule. They were very open about the scope of the job and the pricing and I was more than satisfied with the quote for the work. The service technician, Mario, did an excellent job. He worked especially **** ** the second floor ducts which were just filled with construction dust and dirt! He arrived on time, was very careful as he worked, and was not the least bit fazed by the condition of those ducts! He just got to work and made them shine! I appreciated that he took pictures and shared the before and after so I could see what needed to be done. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and the outside air conditioning condensers - all with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Mario clearly had a strong work ethic and kept me informed about the progress as he moved floor to floor. I will be scheduling a cleaning next year, likely in September, and will request that Mario return to do the job. The house just feels and smells so much cleaner and fresh! Thank you Mr. Duct (and especially Mario)!"

"As am new to the house, AC didn't work and gave me surprise.. Posted my requirement in Home advisor, from Affordable American Air-- Mike and Ryan contacted me and did excellent job. explained me every thing about the issue and what they are doing and made me to understand on the issue. They stopped by in evening and did there investigation and figured out the issue and made the things come in line. My sincere thanks to Mike ( Michael) and Ryan for doing there excellent job and follow-up after completing the work. Planning to change the air-conditioning unit, sure am going to contact Mike from Affordable American Air. (I trust them) Sure I recommend this company to others."

"We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow and sent a few messages to various companies in the early hours of Saturday morning requesting quotes. Phoenix HVAC responded incredibly quickly in just a matter of hours and came by to do an assessment. Tony and Bob were extremely friendly and walked us through the issues and fixes, answering all our questions in a supportive and non-condescending way. They were also not dismissive about any of the issues we had. We appreciated how they did not try to sell us anything that wasn t standard, being completely transparent and helpful throughout the process. We were so impressed, we decided to use them for our regular maintenance."
