He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets). Since I was already replacing it, I also picked up an electric bidet because I?ve been wanting one for a while. He installed both and everything turned out great. I was actually a little worried because the bidet has a water line and power cord, but he got everything hooked up, checked for leaks, and tucked the cord away so it doesn?t look messy at all. He also made sure the toilet was solid and not rocking before he left. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterward. The bathroom honestly looks better than before.
