Had to change plug from 4 prong to 3 prong, but found out wall receptacle was even still wrong and forced him to go get abother plug, but that was no ones fault due to old house. "service simply doesn't get any better than what this company does. they were courteous to a fault and more than willing to explain the work they were doing, pointing out various cost options and ways to save costs at every opportunity. the doors are heavy old wood doors that were sagging and ready to fall apart. the owner and a helper tightened down the hardware, trued up the doors, counter balanced the weights and got the operators up and running to the point these doors should be serviceable for some time to come. i'd highly recommend them and would use then again in a heartbeat
