"It went really well. I used the Omega Force Appliance Repair company. Their repairman Seth was very knowledgeable with dishwasher problems, He had the parts on hand and he was able to make the repair right away. He did have to come back to adjust the float switch on the dishwasher. He didn't charge me for making the adjustment, and when I ran the dishwasher it ran like it did when it was new. I'm very pleased and would use them again. I highly recommend Omega Force Appliance Repair!!!"

"I had a good experience using Remco Appliance Repair. Despite some initial problems being able to fit my new dishwasher in it's place Rich was able to work miracles and make it work! The dishwasher has been installed now for two weeks and seems to be working perfectly. I will be calling Rich with my future appliance install/repair needs."

"I selected Home Energy Center based on Angie's List ratings and their coupon for a free diagnostic service call. Steve Cupps was fantastic. He arrived at our home on time and quickly diagnosed two problems. Although he had another service call to make at 5:00 pm, he returned at 7:30 with the required parts (three in all-two from his warehouse and one from an auto parts store) and finished the job. Since the weather was in the 90's every day, we were extremely grateful for his willingness to provide same day, after-hours service. They honored the Angie's List coupon and allowed us to avoid the costly bill of replacing our furnace and AC."

"They were here for two things. They checked my dryer and told me my washing machine needed to be replaced. They were also here to fix an oven. They were quick, honest and on time and I was very pleased. "

"Kitchen light installed (after installer tried sell their light fitting). Quoted $600+ to repair door bell. Didn't even perform diagnosis. Tried to sell additional, un-related no-essential products/services totalling $5K+."

"My garbage disposal unit was 20 years old and had been installed by a DIY'er. The drain pipes were a tangled, amateurish mess and had begun to leak. Chris Burkhardt and his son, (4th and 5th generation family business) did a professional job of replacing everything to my satisfaction. They were prompt, courteous, competent."

"ended up finding a burst pipe so we discarded the list and fixed that, so thanks you very much for changing plans and he did a great job fixing it and patching the wall; also sealed my gutters so they don't leak; he gave great suggestions on other items as well, I will DEFINATELY hire them again; oh and the person who answers the phones was curious and helpful"

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
