"Very responsive. Was able to set up appointment for appliance evaluation within a day. On-site trouble shooting was very good. Price-cost value for analysis and recommendation for repair was also very good."

Customers say: Terrific value
"work was not neat. walls were damaged and not repaired. clumps of material used for "taping" left on walls and floors. clean up was fair, at best. used our brooms and vacuum for clean up, not his. communication poor. no call from contractor to ever ask if we were satisfied."

"The service technician was superb. I have two Marvel Refrigerators. Ben repaired my Marvel Refrigerator by replacing the thermostat for a very reasonable fee equal to a small percent of the replacement cost. In comparison, another service company who had originally installed both refrigerators looked at the exact same problem several years ago and insisted that it was not repairable and that I needed to replace the refrigerator at a cost of several thousand dollars. So, I ask you who would you rather hire to repair your appliances.? If you want knowledgeable, experienced and honest service, go with Scalzo."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
