He arrived ahead of the scheduled time, explained every step of the repair, was professional and efficient and a joy to chat with throughout. Cost was very reasonable, compared to other repair people we've had for prior dishwasher or other appliance malfunctions. Also, got a very quick appointment, would probably have been next day service but for the Fourth of July holiday weekend"
