"I am kinda confused about these ratings. Seemingly the problem was with electric panel and has nothing wrong with Appliance. Rich showed up on time and appeared to be knowledgeable about appliance but it seems, fixing the electric wires was out of his scope of work. I had to pay the fees just to know that outlet does not have electric current! Rich gave me discount though."

He removed all the fears I had and completed the task after I suffered with many workers who came and did not explain. he did inspection of the gas line in front of me. "Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!"
