"I emailed the company about my issue. They called me back in less than 5 minutes from sending my email. Quick response time. We scheduled a time they could come to check the clothes dryer. The serviceman arrived and went to work. The dryer needed more repairs than what was expected. He explained the whole matter. I was only charged for the service call which I found reasonable and we opted to purchase a new dryer and not put more money into the old dryer. They were responsive and courteous. I will keep them on my phone list for any other appliance repairs we may need. Thank you."
