"Jonathan was great! My problem was misdiagnosed by a Sears technician assigned by Choice Home Warranty who could not figure out the problem for almost a month. I decided to look into Angi and found HERE HVAC with Jonathan and it was the best choice! Jonathan diagnosed and found the problem and fix my furnace in 3 hrs (got all the necessary parts and all) . "He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."
