"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"Alliance Appliance was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Stephen diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained the problem to us. He recommended that we replace the appliance rather than repair it due to the significant costs involved in the repairs. His honesty and time spent talking to us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Alliance Appliance."

"Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. However, being an appliance repair company, they should carry the basic parts for repairs to different brand name appliances so they can fix the problem with the first visit, not just take 5 min to diagnose for $80.00 and have to order part and come out a 2nd time and charge an additional $50.00 to install it. They should only charge you for the part if you have them come back to install it."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
