"I rate them in middle because no work was done. The tech looked at the fridge and determined it should be fixed under warranty without any diagnostics to determine what's wrong. He just presented the bill almost immediately and that was it (no value for the money). If you have a fairly new appliance then call and see if you are covered under the warranty first."
