He was punctual, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain how the machine works and to maintain them. Even though he couldnt fix my washer, he still gives me good advice, thorough explanation and suggestions in hopes to salvage the machine with transparent price or to see where I can save if I should fix it or replace them. And if I will buy, he is willing to give advice which ones are good at a reasonable price. He clearly cares about the costumer and genuinely takes time to help. "Ken replaced an inverter that triggered the refrigerator's compressor to run, thus cooling the unit. He knew exactly what to do and was done in about 20 minutes. The fridge is now running great for the last three days, knock wood that the inverter holds up for ten years like the original. But the real story is that, I guess due to age and heat, one of the water lines for the ice maker had ruptured due to moving the unit for repair. Ken came back the next day, repaired the water line which took him about 30 minutes and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME!! I think that was really swell. Shows Ken values your business. Yes, I would call Ken again. Joe B."

They did such a good job on the garbage disposal installation that I hired them to do some additional work in the bathroom and they did a great job with that as well. They were very fast in responding and had excellent customer service. There was a small problem with the item I purchased and they came back to reinstall it at no extra costs.
