"Check your ownerâ s manual before you hire someone. I had just driven 37 hours from Tucson and was way too tired to to do anything. Not Techâ s fault, my own. Kitchen Aid has a real problem with going on vacation mode by itself. The Refrigerator shut off by itself. The Tech pushed 2 buttons and it kicked on. At least he did show me how to do it. Just glad that it was the only thing wrong. I recommend Hudson Appliance Repair."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
