"1. The Technicians met me at the retail store to pick up the appliance on time, and carefully packed it up for transit to my house. 2. They were very creative at getting the appliance into the house, and fitting it into the available space with no damage to the appliance or trim. 3. They were very patient despite the need to remove doors to get the old appliance out, also remove doors to get the new regridgerator inside. 4. They removed the old appliance, and took it out. 5. They connected the water line to the icemaker, and ensured that it worked. 6. They removed a trim piece to get the appliance into place, took it back to their shop and modified it, and returned it to my house within 2 days. Overall, they did an excellent job. Their pricing was a bit higher than I expected, but overall was a good value for the service they provided."

Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."
