"I did some self repairs to a sink and toilet and manged to have a leak in both so I called automatic to inspect both. By the time the service arrived, both issues seemed to have resolved themselves. The technician still took the time to review both areas, ensure everything was functioning properly, tighten up a few items and double check there were no other issues. In the end he felt it was fair to only charge the assessment fee since there really was no work to be performed. That type of honesty is why I have used automatic repeatedly and will continue to use them in the future. Definitely recommend."
