They have technicians that work after 4:30 p.m. so you don't have to take a day off and lose a day's pay to give them money, which is great. He explained the problems thoroughly and was able to quote based on the 'blue book of appliance repair prices' (Who knew it existed), so I knew it was fair and above board.
