Small jobs welcome
"Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. We will most definitely use Blue Orca Repair again for our appliance repairs."

"Joe is the guy! No bull, no frills - he just comes in, analyzes the job, goes to work and stays with it 'til he knows it's right! I don't think that there's any appliance job that he can't do! And he does the work at a very reasonable price - no "upselling" like most of the other estimators......"

"Our central AC/furnace is only about 3 years old but it has already been a very warm summer and we have been running it a lot so were looking to get a tune up just to make sure everything was working good and for preventative maintenance. Tarpy was running a great deal for that service through Angie's List and so wen t for it. Chris Northup was our technician and he was awesome = punctual, thorough and very professional and pleasant. He went through the system and took his time and made sure everything was in tiptop shape. He explained what he was doing and was super easy to deal with while I was trying to tend to our 18 month old. Great technician experience made an already good bargain find even better so I will be back to use these guys again. Thanks, Chris and Tarpy."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
