"Josiah and his assistant finished out a large utility room, including installing interior walls and ceiling, wiring, lights and outlets, and painting. We then contracted to have in-house outlets changed and lights installed. They did excellent work and with competitive prices. The areas were cleaned up of all debris and left in excellent shape. He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
