"Boone installed a new gas line and indoor shut-off valve for my fireplace. He quoted a fair and competitive price and saved me quite a bit of money. Boone arrived promptly explained everything he needed to do and set to immediately to work. He was so polite, personable and conscientious. He took the time to show me how to operate the fireplace and ensured I was aware of all safety protocol. I highly recommend Mil-Spec Gas works!"

"Sebastian scheduled my appointment for the next morning, arrived as expected, and fixed the compactor in a timely manner. He gave me tips on things I could do myself to try to fix the issue if the compactor broke down again. This was the first time I'd called on Appliance Zen and they'll be my first stop the next time an appliance needs help."

"I don't feel bad about the experience but I certainly was not impressed to the point where I can decide whether to use them or not. I am still on the fence. I might look around before I used them again. They could have better communications all the way around from sale to support. There were a number of breakdowns in the process where I was either told I was going to get certain information or I was expecting certain information and they did not provide it. I had to pick up the phone and call them multiple times. I should not have to do that. Also, the time from when we committed to the job and when it was actually performed was a long delay. That is probably because it was a busy time of year and they might be a small team. As a consumer I had to wait five or six weeks from the time I committed to when it was done and it was hot. It would have been nice once I committed for them to perform the installation sooner.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
