"My fridge was freezing all my food. He came out and went step by step to find the issue. Cleaned the back of my fridge because it was so dusty and dirty until it was spotless. And made sure that it being so filthy, was actually the problem before he left. Which turned out it was. He ordered some parts to replace some shelves inside the fridge and is coming back to put those in tomorrow. I would absolutely recommend him. Really nice. Really explains the problem.
