Phillip and his guys did a variety of tasks in my rear yard from deck maintenance, to installing handrails on stairs, to securing paving stones, painting a rusted metal fence. "The Essential Appliance Repair person brought only hand tools and no test equipment. The problem with my Whirlpool, Cabrio washing machine was an electronic malfunction. The repair person went about the repair piecemeal. He had no parts on-hand and ordered each replacement part one at a time. This method extended the downtime to almost 2 weeks. The Whirlpool, Cabrio washing machine after one use has developed a "bearing issue" (a howling noise) and is leaking on the spin-cycle. After spending nearly $500 it's a "lost cause"."
