Flat Rate Services Charlotte has been in business since 2015. We services all of Charlotte and the Charlotte metro areas. I have over 40 years experience in the plumbing, electric & remodeling trades. I price myself on doing what is best for the customer whether it be with advise or materials suggestions. I understand that you work hard for your money so I do everything possible to help you get the best finished job for your dollar. This is the reason I started the Flat Rate business model. If you have standard Plumbing, electrical, appliance, video installation you always know exactly what it's going to cost. You will never hear that Joe down the street had the same work done for $100 less because he paid the same reasonable flat rate. There have been many other that have popped up since 2015 copying my flat rate model but nobody does it with the quality & pricing that I offer. If you have me do your job you will be 100% satisfied, I guarantee it!
