"He tried the simple fix first, unplug the washer and wait 20 seconds. It worked for a week or so, and then we needed to purchase a new control panel. Since he was there, I had him diagnose the problem with the dryer and he suggested a new part. I have used John James Appliance repair before for my refrigerator and they are diligent about their service. I would absolutely recommend them."

It was also easy to get on the schedule for my GE electric cooktop w/downdraft replacement. Frank arrived for the replacement on time and was quick and efficient. He definitely has a lot of experience and comfort with installing appliances, and it showed in how fast he got started and completed the replacement. "They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find.
