"I usually dont write reviews but this is one exception. Called Daniel, he was respectful and took the time to understand the issue I had with my washer so I hired him to assess them. He was punctual, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain how the machine works and to maintain them. Even though he couldnt fix my washer, he still gives me good advice, thorough explanation and suggestions in hopes to salvage the machine with transparent price or to see where I can save if I should fix it or replace them. And if I will buy, he is willing to give advice which ones are good at a reasonable price. He clearly cares about the costumer and genuinely takes time to help.
