"I made an inquiry for appliance service and was immediately contacted by Home Systems Appliance Repair. Unfortunately m they missed the appointment - but Jim immediately went above and beyond to fix that - Dave came out - issue with my ice maker was fixed- he also looked at my oven- very thorough on the check- and I decided to have him fix that as well. was back two days later and now that works. He followed up to make sure everything was fine. Very pleasant experience as far as repairs go. Would hire them again and have referred them already to neighbors."
