They worked with me, my time constraints,and limited knowledge of furnaces as well as the different service plans offered by UGI for major household appliances. Angie's List personnel worked tirelessly as well to put me at ease with purchasing coupons after the initial discovery that my furnace was not functioning properly. Angie's List personnel not only got all of my questions answered directly from UGI, they provided me with copies of all correspondence that identified me to UGI so that there could be no misunderstanding during my dealings, e.g. switch & bait, with UGI. I highly recommend both Angie's List as well as UGI. I am so glad I joined Angie's List and have recommended this company to several friends after relaying to them my experience. I've seen service men work in friend's homes always aware of the mess left behind and misunderstandings between homeowners and service company.
