New was done better then it ever was. They also were able to fix a bad patch of grout that was originally put in so badly it cracked within days of being done. The repair looks FANTASTIC! These may not sound like big issues to you but if you have a bathroom that has bad original work, you would understand. I truly feel that the work was done better then the original and will most definitely use American Asset Management again. I encourage anyone else that has "contractor burnout" to give them a try"
