Romulo was very quick to respond to my questions regarding connectors, water lines etc. He made it very easy to reschedule installation when the delivery agent failed to deliver the appliances as scheduled. They took excellent care with the appliances and of the wood floors and the doorway. They made sure there were no water leaks. They even tested every appliance!
