"I have called this company a couple times over last year asking for appliance advice in regards to repair vs. replacing. Also asked for different manufacturer's pros and cons. This company always gave me the advice free and honest and didn't make a dime doing so. I then told them that I would use them when or if I needed a repair. So, last week I had a stove that did need attention. We were given an estimate and advised to repair vs. replacing. So, I took that advice and ordered the part. They came next week right on time and repaired the stove and the charge was exactly as they had quoted us. Stove works fine and we are 100% pleased with this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not one negative word can be said during all the experiences. Thanks Blue Tie Guy!"

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
