"10/10 , the technician Bob scheduled the repair on the same day as it was emergency, it was a massive leakage in the kitchen. He came on time, diagnosed and repaired the appliance. Professional, accurate, polite, provided great customer care. Was wearing gloves, mask. Definitely gonna recommend!"

"Repairman Arik came in one day -- on time. Brought the correct part - I had only briefly described the problem. Very experienced and efficient. Fixed the problem in record time. ****MOST IMPORTANT charged $230 when O & J Appliance had sent a service man to inspect the problem and told me the repair would cost $600!!! Also did not complain as others had done, about the small space, and showed me on the internet the actual retail cost of the part. DId not charge a mark up-- only cost of labour. I will call this company for all appliance needs in the future."

"Great service! They were very straight forward and straight shooters. No B.S. and very honest. Even helped teach me how to fix the problem in the future and even helped talk me through options for possible other fixes of appliances I was having issues with but were not broken (while they were fixing the dishwasher that needed repair) Great company! I would Highly recommend them.

"My oven was not heating what so ever so I called Thunder Tech Appliance. I spoke with Jesse and he explained to me, over the phone, what the issues could have lead to my oven failing. I felt confident in his over the phone diagnostic so I scheduled an appointment. Jesse was on time and really friendly and friendly to my dog. Right away, Jesse ran a few test to see what was failing. Turns out my oven ignitor was shot and needed replacing. Luckily, he ordered the part and came back the same day to do the repair. Thank you Jesse for your professional service and excellent pricing."

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.
Larry's the best.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
