"Heating element went out on dryer he came in next day pulled it apart and diagnosed the problem had the part the next day. Very knowledgeable and nice man. I was very satisfied and due to the fact I called 3 other people and no one wanted to mess with my samsung dryer due to having to completely take it apart, I'm grateful!
