"The professional from Accurate Appliance arrived on time and was very efficient. I thought that I may have needed a new pump and motor, or even worse, a new washing machine. I was informed that I only needed a drain pump and I do appreciate him being honest with me because I had no idea. The gentleman even put the bottom front panel of the washing machine back on, installing new clips all at no extra charge. I broke them when I was trying to troubleshoot."

"My wife and I were very thankful for Rob's ability to explain the multiple aspects of each job entailed. This was especially helpful given the house is almost 200 years old. Most repairs were to decades old plumbing to bring it up to current code. In addition, we have hired him to install a new gas range in the kitchen and a large water tank. We will soon be engaging him to assist us with updating two of our original bathrooms. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
