"Steve was my appliance angel so to speak. During this time of home quarantine, I anxiously needed advice on how to help repair my washer...on a Saturday, during a pandemic. Four others said they cannot help. Not only did Steve take my call and videos of the issue, look up possible solutions and call me back, tell me a link on how to repair it by myself, but he also followed up w/ a call to see if it worked!
