Small jobs welcome
My focus is always quality. I treat every appliance like it's my own. I never cut corners, even if it's more expensive. While some of my competitors may seem cheaper, I will take the time to make sure it's the best option for the customer.\nSame day service is available.

"The repair man fixed my dryer in a exceptionally quick manner. He was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and I am very pleased with his quality of work and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again if I need any other appliance repaired."

"The team did a fine job uninstalling, moving to my new home and re-installing my washer and gas dryer. Wasn't easy either as they were upstairs on both ends of this move."

"Excellent response/same day service-had parts for an old appliance-work done in a timely manner at a reasonable price! All other electrical and appliance companies didnâ t want to do the job-complicated by small in one stove/microwave unit!! Highly recommend and will use Paul again."

"Two techs arrived on time. They wanted to check out my water heater first. They tried to convince me it was old (it isn't) then tried to convince me it was installed wrong (it wasn't). We then went into the house where they flushed one toilet and looked under the kitchen sink. Even though i have 3 additional bathrooms with toilets they were done and left. It was so painfully obvious they came only to sell me a new water heater. I immediately cancelled my service contract with them. I have had them service my air cond/heater since they installed it about 11 years ago. I noticed that unlike previous ownership this new group tried to sell me something on every trip. I went for the new duct work because I figured it was over 30 yrs. old and didn't realize I was now dealing with a large corporation instead of a family owned business. The next trip they said I needed some kind of compressor booster based on the units age. 2 other companies said that was nonsense. Now the fake plumbing visit. Even though there service contract was very reasonable I don't trust them anymore and won't have them back in my house.

"He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."

"Our dishwasher overflowed through the air gap on the counter. I found Gregory on Angie's List and called him. Gregory answered and first asked if this was an emergency. Since it was only the dishwasher, I said no and he gave me his schedule for the next few days. He said he would call the next day to let me know if he would be able to come then, on Saturday. Gregory called Saturday morning and said he'd be able to come later in the afternoon. He was on a job one hour away and would call when he was on his way. When he arrived he diagnosed an air gap that failed. My husband went to the hardware store to buy a replacement while Gregory removed the part and checked the rest of the undersink plumbing. Once husband arrived back home with the part, Gregory had it repair quickly.
We are very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Gregory Duncan.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
