"He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. "Our dishwasher overflowed through the air gap on the counter.  I found Gregory on Angie's List and called him.  Gregory answered and first asked if this was an emergency.  Since it was only the dishwasher, I said no and he gave me his schedule for the next few days.  He said he would call the next day to let me know if he would be able to come then, on Saturday.  Gregory called Saturday morning and said he'd be able to come later in the afternoon.  He was on a job one hour away and would call when he was on his way.  When he arrived he diagnosed an air gap that failed.  My husband went to the hardware store to buy a replacement while Gregory removed the part and checked the rest of the undersink plumbing.  Once husband arrived back home with the part, Gregory had it repair quickly.
