Get matched with top appliance service pros in Victor, NY

"We had them for repairing our appliance. Many many thanks to Roy from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair."

"Try to find anybody who really cares? Mr. Ellis is about as pro as it gets. We have had a couple of electricians with good reputations in the house. They spent a bunch of their effort telling us why the original person who wired this newly built custom home was a moron for this, that and the next thing. Meanwhile, I smoked an outlet and just needed some upgraded stuff. Long story short. Ellis comes in with no BS and a fair price. In one hour, he had every corrected and put in two new switches. This kind of customer service in this economy is rare as hell. Hire Ellis or if you want me to vouch feel free to call me. I've been a company president, and led a multinational organization for three decade. I would hire this young man as an employee. He will be on to bigger and better, so if you need solid home electrical guidance and work, Ellis is your guy today."

"We were very pleased with the service. D&D responded very promptly to our initial call for service and managed to obtain a new part in a matter of a couple of days. This allowed us to have a fully functioning kitchen again in a timely fashion which was important since we had guests coming to stay. Dan, who provided the service, was very pleasant to deal with and the service charge, most of which was the cost of the new part, was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending D&D for appliance service.

"Excellent customer service!!! I scheduled these guys to come out to fix a kitchen light in one of my properties but when I called the tenant to schedule the appointment the tenant informed me that the light was working. At the same time I got an emergency call regarding an electrical problem at another property of mine. These guys were supper flexible and accommodating. Instead of going to the first house they simply came out to the second house which was on the other side of town. Then when they got there the problem was already fixed by the tenant. They inspected the fix and confirmed that it was done properly and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Supper friendly and reliable."

"Lewis comes highly recommended for prompt, thorough and fair service. We had a speed queen washer that gave out on us and Lewis took the time to coach us on how to go about fixing for ourselves, and when that didn't work, gave us a fair deal on a used washer, bought the part we purchased on eBay and hauled the old washer out , installed the new one, made sure it worked and all with a calm, friendly and kind demeanor. We found out used appliance guy! Thank you, Lewis!"

"First appliance repair Co. "Ray Appliance" impossible to reach by phone . Second repair Co "RMJP Appliance" was great! Fixed on the initial visit!!"
