"We have a Wolfe downdraft vent for our center island cook top. It quit working. Mr Appliance was recommended to us by a couple of different sources. It turned out to be a difficult repair in that the parts that were sent to them by the distributor did not work. After a few trips of trying different things, they called Wolfe and we were sent newer version of the parts we need. That finally worked. Because Mr Appliance was unable to return the parts that didnt work, we were still charged and paid for those parts even though the parts(that did work) that Wolfe sent were complimentary. when the repair did not work after a couple of times, the owner Cole started to come out with Zac, the technician. Cole wanted to make sure everything was done right. They remained patient, diligent and professional throughout the process and were able to finally do the repair after given parts that actually worked. We are working with Wolfe to try to recover the parts we paid for that didnt work. Those parts were sent by their distributor specific to our serial number. It remains a mystery as to why they didnt work. Now we wonder whether the part/parts that were replaced were truly â badâ considering their replacement didnt work either. This has been a long drawn out process through no fault of Mr Appliance. They were persistent and were able to get the job done. I would think if they can get through our repair, other repairs will probably seem easy"
