"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. If you need appliance repair or installation or plumbing work, contact him. He is fast, professional, courteous (he wore a face mask at my request since my wife is immune-compromised), and fair. He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!"
