"These guys were outstanding. Gave me a 10am to noon appointment window, and were at my house at 10 on the dot. Extremely courteous and professional technicians diagnosed the problem within minutes, and even though they had to go pick up a part, the job was completed within just under 90 minutes from their initial arrival time. "I recently had the pleasure of hiring Best Fresno Appliance Repair for my refrigerator repair. The freezer had defrosted and the refrigerator was heating up inside. When I contacted this company and asked if they could come same day, they came out and found that it was the compressor, and they had it in stock. I asked if they could repair that day and they said they would try, but for sure, the next day. I was asked if late evening was OK. Not sure of exactly what that entailed, I said yes. At 8 pm that evening I received a call asking if it was still OK to come. I was ecstatic and said yes. They arrived and had the compressor installed in good time. When I inquired about the late repair, he said he felt the loss of food and refrigerator repair was an emergency and he would appreciate someone helping him if was in need of immediate repair but no one could come. After the job was completed, I asked if was going to get to go home, he said no, he had another refrigerator repair, then home. I so appreciate his concern and willingness to go that extra mile. Most businesses won't, and sometimes I get it. I would definitely recommend this business for any repair, or other, needs! A heartfelt Thank You!!!!!"
