"Exceptional!!! Rich came out and assessed all 3 appliances! The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. "Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"

"My washer and dryer were covered under a Sears protection agreement but they never showed up and finally sent a totally incompetent tech who assured me neither could not be fixed. He did not even bring any tools and finally showed up at the 5th appointment. I posted on Angi and immediately received a call from Ken. He came the next morning and said the dryer was a simple repair....it needed a new thermostat and he brought the part with him and fixed it immediately. The washer is an LG and various repair people told me they vibrate and move all over and cannot be fixed. Ken agreed, but leveled the washer and it washes the clothes well, I just have to push it back in place. Ken charged a reasonable price for the visit and repair and I have already recommended him to others. A no-nonsense repairman who knows what he's doing and does so at a fair price and arrives when he says he will. I will definitely call him first when other appliances need his services."
