"We had three wasps/yellowjackets get into the house in one day and it looked like they may have been nesting along the second story roofline. So I knew I needed to call a pro before my husband went up on the roof with a can of Raid. Chris came out on short notice to evaluate the situation and said he'd return the next morning (a Saturday on a holiday weekend) to dust the attic and spray along the roofline. You can estimate a bathroom addition’s value between 10% to 20% of a home’s value. But this also accounts for extra square footage since homes with more bathrooms tend to have more space.
